Ananda is I Passionate about the Process of Learning and Helping Individuals Optimise Their Learning Potential in their Journey of “LifeLong Learning”.

Ananda is born in a family of Teachers (Grandfather, Father, Uncles and Aunts) and holds Teachers in highest esteem.

Picked up by Taj Group of Hotels as Management Trainee in campus selection, rose to become Regional Manager – Training for Madras Region and established Regional Training Centre. He was chosen to be Internal Quality Auditor at Taj Coromandel Hotel and helped the team to prepare for the “Certification Process”.

As Training Manager in Spinneys Abu Dhabi, created a systematic training process for all staff. Heading the culture change initiatives of the Company, implemented 360 degree Feedback System, Cross Functional Teams and Balanced Scorecard.

In the 2 years there, he received the Employee of the Month award, was nominated as the Associate’s nominee for Regional award for 1998.

As Principal of “Presidency College of Hotel Management” brought in many innovative concepts in learning. As Principal in PES Institute of Hotel Management, implemented innovative system known as “SMILE” by training the faculty team. SMILE stands for “Self-Managed In-depth Learning”.

As one of the founder directors of “ACE Institute for Creating Excellence”, crafted the modules on Parenting and designed complete systems in the company.

As Founder CEO of Inner Genius, conducted many programs to empower teachers in Educational Institutions and create Independent Learners.

With the AI tools bursting into the world after ChatGPT was launched, he devoted his time to learn about AI Tools and created modules on “How to Use AI Tools in Education (the ethical & right way)”.
